Moonstone - most people think of the famous rainbow moonstone variety whenever moonstone is mentioned:

However, there are plenty of other beautiful moonstone varieties:

 

My photo shows grey moonstone earrings and a necklace with a fabulous shimmering large white moonstone.

All moonstones have the same shimmer, only visible from certain angles.
